Everyone who met Phil walked away thinking "I like that guy!" He was always smiling, always happy and positive. He always wanted to help and be useful. He loved his friends and family deeply with all his heart. I feel lucky to have known him and to call him my friend. He will be missed by so many. Rest in peace Phil. xo

I don't know where to begin.
When I got the message that Friday night from your cousin that you have passed, my world came crashing down. You were an amazing best friend and an awesome uncle to V. All the fun times this past summer, especially up north. It's been 4 weeks since I saw you last. As much as you helped me I did the favor back and helped you. We helped each other.
To his family and friends, I'm so so sorry. He was amazing to everyone and talked about how everyone made an impact in his life.
I'll forever be grateful for the amazing man he was and always will be. Forever in my heart and soul, I love you bestie.

Words cannot express how deeply sad I am at the passing of my dear cousin, Philippe. Although much older than he was, we found an affinity in each other. I felt as though he was my little brother, and I the older sister!. I will always remember how animatedly he would talk about his hopes and dreams. His whole face would light up, his eyes shining bright, smiling from ear to ear!
I was Blessed to have you in my life for the short time that we were reacquainted as family members with the same goal in mind. You brought the best out of all who knew you, and your positive outlook on life inspired many of us to be better. Your kindness, compassion, and infectious enthusiasm have touched the lives of everyone around you, and I am grateful to call you my cousin, and my friend.
Philippe, the world is better because you were in it. I wish you eternal rest in the arms of our Lord, until we meet again. Forever missed, never forgotten!

My deepest sympathies and condolences to his family and all his friends, I’m still in shock. So blessed to have seen him 21 days before he died, I can still feel his hug. We always had a saying expression between each other from the movie Beverly Hills cop. PHL YOU CHANGE (lol) The glorious thing is; he never did change! Always steadfast, true blue and golden

Q: What will you never forget about Mr. Jean-Philippe?
A: My high school experience and early 20’s would not have been the same without Phil. Country drives in his white ford can until we got lost, trips downtown to get vinyl and speaker parts, parties and raves, weekends ant the hoopers cottage, hanging out at Mikes arcade, sound systems in the cars and so many more great memories. I would have never met my wife (Phil introduced her to the gang as she worked at Canadian tire with him) he made an incredible impart on my life and everyone who he befriended over the years. life would have been so very different without knowing him. I do wish we had kept our friendship as tight as we grew older. You left us way too early.

In Loving Memory of JP
Today, I find myself reflecting on the incredible person JP was, and the profound impact he had on everyone lucky enough to know him. JP wasn’t just a colleague; he was a friend, a constant presence with a smile that could brighten even the toughest days.
His stories, always told with eyes sparkling with excitement, brought life and laughter into our workplace. Whether recounting a great weekend adventure or sharing a funny anecdote, JP had a way of drawing people in and making them feel like they were part of his world.
He had a generous heart and an eagerness to help whenever I needed it. I’ll never forget his kindness when my son started working with him. JP didn’t just offer guidance, he offered reassurance, promising to look out for him and support him in any way he could. That gesture meant more to me than I could ever express.
JP’s wild personality, his laughter, and his unwavering kindness will forever be missed. He was truly one of a kind, and his presence made this world brighter.
Rest easy, JP. You were a light in our lives, and your memory will live on in the stories, smiles, and hearts of those who loved you.
With love and gratitude,
Tina Lacroix
