Obituary of Mr. William DiMaria

William (Frank) DiMaria passed away courageously on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Scarborough General Hospital after a series of medical complications following a gallbladder surgery. Born on March 1, 1939 in Ottawa, Ontario, Frank was one of four children. He was predeceased by his brother and sisters, all of whom he loved dearly. In the 1980s Frank found himself in a new stage in his life in Toronto. It was at that time he had a second chance at love when he met the love of his life, Linda Susan DiMaria. And, now, after a decade of being apart, Frank will be reunited with his late wife. He will be forever missed by his children, cherished grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He will be fondly remembered for his dry sense of humour, love of books and movies, motorcycles, and his remarkable artistic talents including woodworking, folk art painting, cooking, and baking. Though we mourn his loss, we will also celebrate the incredible life that he lived. 

The funeral to celebrate Frank's life will take place at Ogden Funeral Homes at 4164 Sheppard Avenue East on Saturday, November 30 at 3 pm. With the visitation taking place on Friday, November 29 between 5 pm and 8 pm.
