Frank was a brother-in-law you could depend on. When I went into labour with my second child it was the middle of the night and my husband Michael needed someone to take care of our first child while he took me to the hospital. Frank was there in minutes, no question , of course he would come. When Michael returned from the hospital he was coming down the stairs with Emily in his arms, ready to take care of her for another day if needed. I treasure this memory even though I wasn't there.
We will miss our uncle and brother-in-law and cherish the memories of his time with us.
