Arthur Rodrigues

March 20, 1937 – October 31, 2024

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at the age of 87. He was a devoted husband to his late wife Palmira, a proud father of Ashley and Jennifer/Kelvin, loving grandfather to Lauren and Megan, a caring brother to the late Anthony/Carmen, late Marcus/Molly, late Genovy/Victor, Nelson/Lumina, late Johnny as well as a brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to so many more.

Affectionately known as King Arthur, Arthur lived a great life. From his early days in Zanzibar, Tanzania and Nakuru, Kenya, and his eventual move to Toronto, Canada, he was known to be a joker, a prankster and the life of any party he attended. He valued his independence and self sufficiency. He chose to be his own boss and owned a refrigeration, heating and air conditioning business until he retired. He valued his family and friends above all else and had a large social circle who would call and visit him often. The only gap in his life was created in 1999, when Palmira passed away. He deeply missed her and would tell everyone he met that he couldn’t wait to be with her again. Now, he is - resting in peace and reunited with the love of his life and all of his other family members and friends who have gone before him.
