My brother, Jim, and I first met Peter in Oakville when we were young teenagers just starting high school. We lost touch when he moved to Peterborough but found him again in the 70's when we also moved there. We sold electronic church organs and were amazed that Peter had already worked for an organ builder and knew so much about it. He became an employee but always a good friend above all. His vast knowledge of music was always something I enjoyed as well as our common interest in Raspberry Pi computers. We talked every day on the phone and the conversations always turned to music especially the Carling family, Allison Balsom, Yuja Wang and other favourites of his. I really miss our daily calls.

Peter had an excellent understanding of any subject. If uncertain , he would always research it. When talking on the telephone, or in person, Peter always talked in a calm, kind, and understanding voice. When the conversation ended, I always gained knowledge and was amazed by what Peter said. Peter had the talent for making beautiful furniture. Peter made a coffee table, and two side tables. I have never seen anything more beautiful. Will miss you Peter. Love you, Diane May Jenny, Michael, Christine, David, and Raymond always remember the happy times they shared with Peter, and in the future, the happy times will replace the sad ones. Love you all.

To Dear Michael and Christine, David and Raymond: We know how close was your relationship to Peter and how often Michael was visiting and sharing ideas with Peter. What a deep love of music you shared together. We are grieving with you, knowing how much you will miss him. What beautiful memories you will always have of this dear brother.
