Dear Linda, Margaret, Norma and families,
Our condolences on your loss. I can't begin to tell you how important and treasured Uncle Norm was to me. Both he and Aunt Theresa made me feel welcomed, special and important my whole life.

Grandpa. Words can’t express how I feel. You were such an amazing man. Kind hearted open minded forgiving and just overall an amazing grandfather. I am so grateful to have had you in my life for the 24 years that I did. Not a day will go by that your great-great granddaughter Hazel won’t know who you were. Because she will be reminded about you every chance I get. We love you grandpa

In the large O'Sullaghan clan our Uncle Norm always stood out of the crowd because he was a quiet, thoughtful, and approachable pillar of strength and wisdom. I can not recall him ever being in a bad mood and he was always quick to share a smile. Through his career with the OPP and his roll in our extended family he touched the lives of many people in a positive way. We are better for having known him and he will be missed by many.

Grandpa words can't express how I feel. I was so lucky to have you as a grandfather wouldn't change it for anything. You will live on in all my memories and my heart. I love you to the moon and back, till we meet again. ❤️

Heartfelt sympathy for all of Uncle Norm’s daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was always so kind and thoughtful. We enjoyed all the times we were together when he visited Florida. May the wonderful memories of our loving parents ease the pain and sadness in our hearts. With much love, Tricia Doucette Celi

I had the pleasure of working for Supt. N. Skinner for several years when he was the detachment
commander at the O.P.P. detachment, Pembroke, ON.
He was a very approchable person and he always seems to be in a happy frame of mind.
I enjoyed working under his leadership.
My condolences to his children and to the Skinner family.
My thoughts and prayers will be with you during this difficult period.
