Obituary of Mr. Bhanushanker Dave

Celebration of Life 

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Bhanushanker Dave (Bhanu) beloved husband of Hemlata Dave and a loving, kind father to Rahul, Punit and Dakhsha on November 12, 2023. The void you leave influences our lives. We miss you and know you are no longer restricted by the earthly body and your soul is free. 

Bhanu was predeceased by his parents Purushottam and Muktagauri Dave of Nairobi, Kenya. 

Bhanu was a long term devoted member of the Self Reliance Fellowship (SRF) family and community and the Brahmin Society of Ontario. He served both these institutions in leadership capacities, with care and devotion. 

He will be greatly missed by his wide circle of friends for his companionship, humor, support and kindness, especially by Jagdish and Manoj Dave who in life as well as in his passing are his support. 

Thank you to Mon Sheong, especially the nurses and PSWs for their 24/7 care and who called him Papa.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends and his soul is with God and Guruji in light, love, peace and joy.
