પૂ. મુરબ્બી ભાનુભાઈ દવે, એક સાચા સમાજ સેવક કે જેમણે બ્રાહ્મણ સમાજ, ફોગા તેમ જ કેનેડિયન કાઉન્સિલ ઓફ હિન્દુઝ જેવી અનેક સંસ્થાઓમાં પોતાની પૂર્ણ નિઃસ્વાર્થભાવી સેવા અનેક વર્ષો સુધી આપી અમૂલ્ય યોગદાન આપ્યું હતું એવા આપણા જાજલ્યમાન લોક સેવકે આપણા સૌ વચ્ચેથી વસમી વિદાય લીધી છે.છેલ્લાં થોડાંક વર્ષોથી એ અસ્વસ્થ આરોગ્યને કારણે પથારીવશ હતા. ટોરંટોના આપણા હિન્દૂ સમાજના એવા જ કર્તવ્યનિષ્ઠ સદગત શ્રી તારાચંદ્રના મિત્ર અને સમાજસેવક સાથી હતા અને એમની વિદાય પશ્ચાત પણ ભાનુભાઈએ એમના પરિવારની કાળજી લીધી હતી. મુ. શ્રી. ભાનુભાઈ મારા પોતાના પણ માર્ગદર્શક હતા અને એમની વિદાય મારા પોતાના માટે પણ એક વસમી વિદાય બની રહેલ છે.
ભાનુબાઈના આત્માને પરમ ગતિ અને પરમ શાંતિ પ્રાપ્ત થાય અને એમના પરિવારને સહન કરવાની શક્તિ પ્રાપ્ત થાય એવી પરમાત્માને આપણે સૌ પ્રાથર્ના કરીએ.
