Always generous in his affections and resources, his incredible love lifted us up and inspired deeper connections. In caring so tenderly for Sandra as her elder brother, he taught invaluable lessons of kindness, thoughtfulness, and passion. In God's beautiful creation, we were blessed with the light of Patrick. A man whose spirit was a testament to love, courage, generosity and relentless optimism. As his sibling, the memories of our shared childhood are cherished keepsakes that I will hold dear all my life. His laughter still echoes; his wisdom lingers in every thought. Patrick was the most courageous person I have ever known. He helped me through my own medical distress a few years ago when he was already well along with his fight against cancer.
In business, road blocks were never insurmountable to Patrick. He always had a plan A, B and C ready in his back pocket and he always found a workaround to keep moving ahead. The business grew each year as our customers came to rely on his resourcefulness in getting the job done. In his future endeavours he truly blossomed and he had many fine technical achievements under his belt before he retired.
I will always remember him for believing not that the glass is half full or half empty, but that the glass of life is always full.

I met Patrick once in my life and it was with his entire family in Cuba in 2020. Him and his family immediately captured my attention with the laughter and happiness that surrounded them.
