Our sincere condolences to the Deslandes family, extended family and church family of our beloved Sis. Joyce A. Deslandes.
She has caught a glimpse of her heavenly home, and our prayers and faith could not have held her back.....she said.....going home U am going home....there is nothing to hold me here. Our heavenly Father and Sovereign God....gave her, her heart's desire.
We miss her voice in our noon day prayer meeting, our Bible Studies, our prayer meetings, our conversations on the phone as we share, care and pray. We will miss her smiles. Though she had physical limitations, this did not hinder her from sharing the Gospel with everyone she sees from time to time. We miss her singing the many songs of Zion to the Glory of God and touching many.
A blessed woman of God who had a hope that maketh not ashamed Rom 5,:5. A praying woman of God.... whose desire for her children and family is that they who are not saved will find this hope in Christ Jesus. A confident Virtuous woman.....who knows that her Redeemer Lives and that ...... She shall see Him and reign with Him eternally (Job 19:25-27).
We miss you Sis. Joyce but know also in the hope of that Great Resurrection Morning we shall know each other better. Rest In Peace until then.
God Bless you all.
