Miss u Dada but every time I see the Walls in our home I think of you....all the trouble you took to paint the walls. You did a Pefect Job! Thank you for always coming over and fixing stuff around the house. Thank you for always being there for us. Love u Dada.

My loving Uncle.
A devoted family man. A very hardworking person A man of few words and had selected friends. Age was just a number for him. He enjoyed his whisky and Rum , made no fuss with food, a good boxer I was told . At home, if he looked over his specs meant FEAR, but on the whole a very cool and chilled out person. He and aunty gave us the best.
Miss you uncle. Forever in our hearts.

My loving uncle.
A devoted family man. A very hardworking person A man of few words and had selected friends. Age was just a number for him. He enjoyed his whisky and Rum , made no fuss with food a good boxer. Rest in peace uncle Nevillle...
You were a man of few words and my memories of you with your glass in aunty cucoo's house seem so far away yet so very real. We grew up seeing you as daddy"s brother...and we always asked our dad why does uncle Neville have long hair...and dad said he liked it that way...so many memories come flashing back and we are ever so grateful to have them...

To my Dad
Dad you have left your mark on everything in this house and in our hearts and lives.
Today I don’t see your physical presence.
But I feel you around in every nook and corner. You are here still with us
I was blessed to have you in my life and my children’s lives even the two great grandsons lives.
You made them all laugh with your stories of your past and more so stories of me. You were my right hand Dad. Without you I am lost
I can’t function at times
I sit in your spot on the sofa.
I talk to you as if you are still there listening and I wait for you to say so but I don’t hear a response.
The day you came to Canada was the happiest day of my life.But the day you left will always be my worst and saddest day.
I had the good fortune to have you for all these years.
You were always there for me.
If I asked you anything you always did it and even before I could ask you would just do things for me. You kept my house clean, you did all the garbage and recycling you mowed the lawn and shovelled the snow. You would say “leave it Florence I am will do it”. Dad I never had to use a house key to enter as you were always there. Dad I am sorry for all the times I said no more cigarettes you are smoking too much. I am sorry I said Dad only two drinks a day. But you always fought me on that. Till the day you decided to give up smoking cigarettes. Today the 1st of February would have made three years since you got diagnosed and you gave up smoking. You were so strong not only physically but in mind as well.
I do not have that trait of yours Dad I am weak and give up easily but Heather is like you she has that trait of yours. I can still picture you standing in the door way with your arms on your chest . Warren says I do that he calls it a Godfrey thing.
Warren also says that we are stubborn. Dad I can go on and on but I just have to say this one last thing to you. I love you Dad !!! I am missing you Dad even though we fought sometimes when you did not want to eat. And say “ I am on a liquid diet “ Rum.
You will be missed dearly the glass on the fridge stands empty and the memories and feelings will always be there. Dad I don’t know what to do please be my guide and kick me when you think I am doing wrong . Help me up when I am falling please
This is my last time I ask you for help Dad.
I wish I had said more to you Dad but I know that I always told you everything. Now I don’t have anyone to vent too. I played Lotto for you and as long as I can I will always play your Lotto
Bye Dad Rest In Peace no Florence to drive you mad.

I remember my Uncle Neville as a quiet gentleman. He was a good boxer in his younger days and I've loved the sport ever since.
Good hand at woodwork too and was the one who would make the chuckreels when kite flying season came around for us kids in India.
