September 18, 1976 - January 10, 2023

It is with utmost sorrow, and our deepest regrets to announce the sudden passing of our Beloved Delwin.

Delwin is survived by his younger sister, Virginia, brother (in-law) Michael, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Delwin is predeceased by his beloved mother Delores Fraser, beloved grandmother Ethel O'Handley (ma), and, father Gregory McNeil (Blackie).

With Love, Grace, and Gratitude, we welcome all to accept that, despite our deepest loss, we understand the beauty of his reconnection with so many others that have passed before him.

We loved you then, we love you now, and we will love you forever and always.

Our hearts are broken but have never been as full.

Rest in eternal Paradise, Del. Until we meet again.
