Don, Gord, Barb, Carolyn, Doug and families,
Sorry for the loss of your wife, mother, sister.
Though it is hard to lose a loved one at any time of year, it always seems a little harder at Christmas.
Marion was such a pleasant soul with a heart warming smile. We may not have seen her often but we always enjoyed our visits in the summertime at the picnic.
Remember her laughter, her stories, her hugs and kisses. She will always be with you in spirit, by your side.

As a fellow multiple myeloma patient and caregiver, Marion and Don have been inspiring examples to us in the myeloma community. It is an amazing accomplishment to live for 22 years with myeloma, especially considering in 2000 when Marion was diagnosed, there were far fewer treatments. Don and Marion were the first to welcome us to the myeloma support group. Marion and Don were remarkable examples of optimism. The myeloma community benefited immensely from their work and kindness. Thank you profoundly Don for being such a tremendous caregiver.

Marion was a light to our earth - she graciously played the piano for many Christmas celebrations at Victoria Village United Church - a wonderful gift that I will always cherish.
My heart goes out to Don and your family at this sad time. I pray you find peace during this time and find comfort in all the memories you shared.

Don and the whole family…
Marion was in many ways like a second Mom to me and the other kids in our family growing up. Our Sweeney Dr family shaped who I am and Marion is central to that. She lived with kindness, generosity, creativity, compassion, and passion. She has touched many lives and I am grateful to have known her all my life. Greg Daly

Marion and Don were members of Victoria Village Church and later Jubilee. Marion was very active in Girl Guides and I had the pleasure of her presence at many guiding functions. The Hunters were also Neigbours on Sweeney Drive.
Marion was always kind and interested in the girls. I am so sorry for her loss and wish Don and the family strength and light.

Eleanor and I are so very saddened to hear of Marion's passing. For more than forty years she was our directly across the street neighbour and her friendly smile and hello was a given at every opportunity.
