Obituary of Mr. Nitin D'Souza

Passed away peacefully on August 5, 2022 in Scarborough, Ontario at the age of 51. He was born in Bombay, India on October 29, 1970 to Denzil and Phyllis, who predeceased him in 2018 and 2017 respectively. He was a high school teacher at Father Michael McGivney Catholic Academy for 23 years, where fulfilling his vocation made a lasting impact on both students and colleagues. He is survived by his wife Shirley-Ann Fernandes, and his brothers, Neil, Nick (Jenny) and Fr. Neiman, as well as his niece Lyla and nephew Denzil. Nitin is also survived by his in-laws Hilary and Elsie Fernandes, as well as their son Alan-John and daughter Sandra-Lee. Nitin will also be missed by his beloved Bichon Frise, Andy.
