Dear Mum
What a joy it was to call you that. You were loving, full of joy, and, had a great sense of humour. You became mum to me when there wasn't another. I may not have been the best daughter but you were the greatest mum.

Grandma. I don't want to say.
I love you, I will miss you, I am so proud that you were my grandma and that you were always in our corners. Rhi and I have been incredibly lucky to have your advice to call on, and I will miss hearing your voice at the end of the phone, saying "I love you darlin". Being a kid, there was nothing better than Dad calling us downstairs, sitting on the bottom step with the phone pulled over to hear from you and how things were in Toronto.
There are so many brilliant memories of visiting you and Uncle John, sitting by the lake, cups of tea in the kitchen, Uncle John bringing back donuts or swiss chalet for us all to enjoy together. You both made Canada so special for us all, and I will always be grateful for that.
You knew how to live, and you gave us all so many years of memories, quotes, love, support, everything. If I live half as much as you have done, I will know I have lived well.
Rest easy now Grandma. I love you.

Grandma- what can I really say. You were the greatest Grandma I could have wished for and you taught me so much about life and how to live it.
I will really miss you and hearing your stories and have such fond memories of holidays with you and Uncle John. All the fun we had splashing about at the cottage and at the plaza eating ice creams will never be forgotten.

Every time we met, that was the first thing Gwen would tell me. I may not be able to quote her word for word, but her footsteps of gratitude towards life, towards every new day, would be followed.

Aunt Gwen will be missed , my wife Sherry and I always enjoyed seeing her, such a pleasure to be around and funny too.
I can still hear her saying to me and John, when we were kids.."you two stop being a nuisance or your gonna get heck".
So sorry to get the news that she is gone, however, she lived a long and happy life and will not be forgotten.
Condolences to John, Steve, Anne, Rhiannon and Beth.
