Everytime I go to the grocery store to get oranges I think of 伯母. She taught me how to pick the best and the juiciest oranges. She told me ' 要重手先至好買呀！' I will always remember her gentle and kind ways and how proud she was of all her children.

真的不知從何說起, 亦沒有想過這一日這麼快來臨, 雖然婆婆年事已高, 但整天都笑容滿面精神奕奕, 冇諗過咁快就離開我哋。
婆婆好好記性, 我最喜歡聽婆婆講故事, 婆婆小時候的事, 我們小時候的事, 以前我爸爸又怎樣怎樣, 那個韓星又怎樣怎樣, 婆婆嘅聲音好像還在耳邊沒有離開過。每一次過來加拿大要離開的時候, 婆婆都會來送機的, 有幾次一開始說不來送機, 因為很怕離別, 但是結果還是來了送機, 每一次都很不捨, 每一次都哭着離開。雖然真的很不捨得, 婆婆你終於可以跟公公團聚了. 我會好掛住好掛住你的.

親愛的媽媽，
想不到，今天要以這種方式和您聊天，送您最後一程。以往每年來多倫多探望您，和您一起聊天，看戲，旅行，都是我最開心的日子，近兩年的疫情，阻斷了行程，但卻從未阻斷我對您的思念和牽掛。
從小到大，您對我們的照顧無微不至。您心靈手巧，事必躬親。即使生活並不寬裕，您依舊可以每天準備出許許多多的美食佳餚。您廚藝出眾，又善良好客，同學們親戚們經常來家裡吃飯，每天都是滿滿一大桌子的人，每天都充滿歡笑。您的薯仔餅，蝦片，蘿蔔糕，都是我最愛的食物，每天都像過年一樣的快樂。
您經常跟我說，要專心讀書，其他都交給您。我真的好幸福，即使是在不富裕的家庭，卻也從來沒有因此而影響我求學的道路，您給了我最幸福的童年，讓我可以每天專心學習，為未來的事業奠定良好的基礎。
您幫忙帶大我的孩子們，照顧他們的起居，更教會他們很多道理，孩子們至今都受益良多。
退休後的我移民到澳洲，您不辭辛勞，多次長途跋涉來澳洲探望我們，還經常給我們準備那些記憶中的小時候的味道，帶著孩子們一起重溫孩提的時光。雖然分隔兩地，但我們的感情絲毫沒有因為距離而受到影響，每次見面都又彷佛回到了小時候，孩子們，孫子們，時至今日，也都常常吵著要去加拿大看太婆。
您開朗的個性，樂觀的心態，微笑面對任何事情，是我最敬佩的地方。我女兒常說，媽媽您應該多學下婆婆，每天都笑容滿滿，積極的去面對每一天每一件事，這樣的您會更加可愛。
您的個性浪漫，又有超強的記憶力。每每和您聊起某一部電視劇，您都清楚的記得那些主角和里面的故事情節。聽您繪聲繪色的介紹著，我也對那些劇集愛不釋手。我每年幫您買的那些劇集，您都仔細的分門別類，成為您的珍藏，以便可是隨時拿出來重溫。每每和您聊及那些劇集，聊起小時候的那些事，總是快樂不知時日過。
您熱愛生活中的點點滴滴，一餐飯，好像看著您的表情，就覺得它格外美味。每次旅行，好像看著您的笑容，就感受到那份開心。和您在一起的每一天，都覺得這世上根本沒有煩惱，你就是我們的快樂天使。

I remember Po Po as always a very happy and kind-hearted person. When I was still a toddler I always look forward to visiting her place and every time she will cook my favourite dish. My memories of those days have faded, but those moments with Po Po were the best times of my childhood, and kept me going to stay strong in the tough times. I know Po Po is in Heaven so I will see her again there.

It is really sad to lose our Mum, who is such a kind and caring lady. Whenever there are good things or good dishes, she would give up her share to give all to us. I once thought that she only loved to eat chicken bones instead of chicken meat.
She has given so much support to bring us up. She always wears a lovely smile on her face, even though she encounters hardships or difficult times. She has set up a good role model for us.
She is always in my mind. Mum, I love you forever. There is nothing to worry about, as you are now safely rested in heaven, at God's hands
