Nellie passed away peacefully at her home at VIVA Retirement Community in Pickering on November 14, 2021. Nellie is joined again with her beloved husband, Frank.  She is survived by her devoted son, Matthew, her siblings Naomi, Lorenzo Jr., Wayland and Carol.  She is predeceased by her daughter, Caroline and her siblings Vincent, Marcelino and Rizalina whom she loved dearly. 

 

Her funeral mass will be held at St. Aidan Roman Catholic Church (Finch Ave. & Warden Ave.) with a Burial at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery to follow (Taunton Rd. & Garden St.).  Although we know she touched many lives, due to COVID-19 restrictions attendance may be limited at the church however we invite you to join us on livestream. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
