Our deepest condolences on the great loss of Rosamma Aunty to Stalin Uncle, Besty Chechi, and Tessy Chechi.
Having been in our lives since our births, Rosamma Aunty was like a grandmother to us – constantly trying to feed us, buy us things, take us out for fun activities, teaching us prayers and songs. She would even take a cab to pick us up from school when we were sick, and our parents were unable to. More than that however, her never ending faith that we could do anything we set our minds to gave us comfort in times of struggle and helped us to believe in ourselves. She never hesitated to tell us how proud she was of us and how much she loved us. Rosamma Aunty, we were blessed to have been the recipients of your special attention and unconditional love for all these years. Though we can never repay you for all of the infinite kindnesses you have selflessly shown us, and we cannot imagine our lives without you in it, we will do our best to continue to make you proud and be the good and kind people you taught us to be.
We love you Rosamma Aunty, and we will miss you, always.

Our heartfelt condolences to Stalin, Betsy and Tessy on the loss of Rosamma.
I have known Rosamma since the day after I landed in Canada, and she was like a sister to me and a mother to Sophy. We have so many fond memories of her – how she always welcomed us into her home with a warm smile, delicious food and kind words of comfort and support. She looked after our kids, Andrew and Amanda, and spoiled them as if they were her own children. She was always willing to go out of her way to help others, without expecting a single thing in return. And most importantly, the respect and openheartedness that she treated everyone with was so rare and will be greatly missed, by us and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. We are honoured to have known Rosamma and feel blessed to have had her in our lives for all these years. We will cherish our memories of her for the rest of our days.
Thank you Rosamma for everything. Following in your footsteps, we will do our best to support and be there for your family and others, just as you always did for us.

I first met Rosamma long 57 years ago and she remained a big part of my life ever since. She was not just a classmate or friend alone but my best confidante, mentor, council and a soul mate! I am forever indebted to her for who and where I am today in life ! so are a lot others. In my view she was a true saint: Her compassion, faith in God, wisdom , unconditional and genuine love , humility, work ethics, sincerity , simplicity and the willingness to help others and accept people the way they are - and the list goes on: This was her legacy and she will live in my heart forever. I will sure miss her beautiful smile , how she would console and council me during difficult times in my life!
It is a given that once you are born you have to leave this world some day. But when people like Rosamma departs it becomes all the more painful as they leave an irreplaceable void for they have made this place better than they found it. What an inspiration !!
May she rest in peace now and may the family and all those who were fortunate to know her find comfort in God's healing grace and passage of time. Rosamma, " you have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, and most importantly through it all you have kept the faith" ( 2nd Timothy).
Because of my extenuating situations and the unprecedented times that we all are experiencing currently I couldn't be there in person.
With my deepest sorrow,
Grace
