As a customer of Don Valley VW, I first met Joslyn over the phone and her kindness and friendly manner was evident. On my visit there, I had a chance to meet her in person and thanked her for her help and if someone wonders what a good person she was - this message should prove it because it compels me to express these thoughts about her even if knowing her in a few conversations over the times I went to service my car there. She was that nice of a person, and the world needs more of the likes of her. May you rest in peace that you deserve Joslyn.

She was always upbeat, happy and good with customers.
We loved talking about Coronation street together!!!
