I’m sorry about Michael’s passing. We worked together for several years and there was no one funnier, more pleasant or talented. His humour was a defining quality as was his snappy dress sense. I’m sorry for your loss.

We are saddened to hear of Michael’s passing, especially when Covid restrictions make it difficult to gather and seek comfort. My most vivid memory of Michael was a night babysitting when he was particularly protective of his baby sister. He watched my every move!!
It’s a beautiful tribute Alison. It sounds like there are many memories that may help ease the loss.

I really enjoyed reminiscing the good old days in High school with Mike this summer and fall at your parents house. So sorry to hear about the passing of Mike. It's been many years since I've seen Mike or Alison, but the sad news brought back so many fond memories of holiday events at the Carr household watching movies in the basement, playing the newest video games or heckling our parents as they sang along to Christmas carols around the piano. Life takes us in different directions and time goes by so quickly but my memories of Mike, his witty sense of humor and his fun-loving spirit will always put a smile on my face when looking back on my younger days. Heartfelt condolences to the Carr family.

Thank you Michael for so many great memories growing up. Camping, playing video games in the basement, getting inspired by your awesome drawings. Being a couple years younger than you I always looked up to you. Alison, Liz, Art and family I am so sorry for your loss. Alison, the great tribute you wrote to Michael made me realize what a shared youth we had and what an impact Michael had on me. He had excellent taste and style. Anyone that loves Depeche Mode, D&D and Marvel is a hero in my book. If not for Michael I would never know the many fun uses for silly putty! Michael you will be missed and always remembered. My deepest condolences to you all. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Michael (affectionately known as Mikey), was like a brother to me. The first day I met him, I knew how genuine, kindhearted, and caring he was; not to mention one of the most humorous, too.
There is not enough space on this whiteboard to share all of the amazing times I shared with Mike. One I will say will live with me as long as I live, “Not that deep though!” To this day, he would always reference that phrase when we reconnected.
Thanks for all the great memories, Mike. There’s no doubt we’ll all see you again.
