Obituary of Mr. Amos Ganesh

Amos Ganesh, originally from Endeavour Leguan, Guyana passed away on Saturday, February 6th, 2021 at the age of 90 in Scarborough Ontario, Canada. Amos was born on October 31st, 1930 in the village of Uitvlugt, Guyana. He worked at the Ministry of Public Works in Leguan before migrating to Canada. He was a very active member at the Endeavour Presbyterian church and community. Amos was a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.  He chose to live a simple and humble life.

Amos is survived by his wife Diana Ganesh, his 8 children Jean, Ann, Sydney, Nalini, Cheddie, Sharon, Omesh and Bernadette; his 9 loving grandchildren and 5 awesome great grandchildren. He was also the father of the late Noreen Churaman and Carl Ganesh.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the funeral service will take place virtually.

The funeral will be held at Ogden funeral home on Wednesday, February 10th starting at 1:30pm EST
