It's with regret that I write these few sentences in memory of a good friend Bunyan, as we friends called him. I can recall with gratitude as Bunyan helped me to get initiated to the new surroundings and circumstances in Canada as a new immigrant. I remember him in the group as we visited Niagara Falls in the first year of my life in Canada. That was in October on my birthday. He was an avid debater and questioned everything from our beliefs, feelings and any kind of utterances! He was bound to see the opponent defeated in style!! Although reluctant to prayer, he allowed me to pray for him and for his health several times.
My deep felt condolences to all his close relatives. I thank God for Hilda and Kavin who have taken special care and attention during his days of ill-health and stay in a care facility.
Our God is loving and forgiving and He only can judge the heart, soul and life of any person. My prayer is that Bunyan will find grace, mercy and forgiveness in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
