It was with great sadness that I learned of Jack's passing on Thursday. Jack and I played in several orchestras for many concerts, shows and operas. In fact this was the subject of our last conversation during my visit on Thursday. Jack was a gentleman of quality - outstanding in his sincerity, reliability and positivity- loved and respected by all who knew him. We shall miss his presence. My condolences to the family.
