It is with great sadness that we announce Gord passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2018.  Gord will always be in the hearts and minds of his loving wife, Pauline (nee: Colson), daughter Kim Reid of Oshawa and son Gordon Jr. (Sandy) of Camino, CA .  Devoted Grampa to Sea (Caitlin), Brandon, Adam, Chase, Amanda and Tera and Great-Grampa to Logan, Mason, Katerina, Alejandra, Tatianna, Jaxon and Brody.  Gord will be deeply missed by his siblings Lt. Col. Marilyn (Ray) Moulton, Judy Arnott and Roderick Petley and sister-in-law Paulette Petley (Mike) & their families.  Predeceased by his parents Roderick & Jean Petley, brothers Bruce and Terry and brother-in-law Rick Arnott.   The most important things Gord valued in life was his family and friends.  His kindness and sense of humour was felt by all who knew him as he truly had a love for everyone in his life.  A Celebration in honour of Gord will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 5 – 10 p.m.  at the Donalda Club (12 Bushbury Drive, Toronto)  with a time for sharing memories at 6:30 p.m.  In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Bob Rumball Foundation for the Deaf would be greatly appreciated by the family.
