Obituary of Mr. Patrick Sawh
We are saddened to announce our beloved Patrick passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at The Scarborough Grace Hospital. Patrick fought his final courageous battle and leaves behind his loving wife Jeane of 32 years. He is deeply missed by his son Remy (Chassidy) and daughter Patricia (Rayaz).
He leaves behind his mother Alice and his late father Frank, Brothers and Sisters Philip (Farida), Ruby (Sucil), Paul, Peter (Geeta), Rosina and Ramona (John). He loved and adored his nieces and nephews; Rickhi (Christine), Renata (Adrian), Romel, Simong, Marissa, Mary, Monika (Scott), Andy, Erik (Samantha) and his great nieces and nephews Sameera, Aaron, Theodore, Devan, Marcas, Elizabeth, Isabelle and Madelyn. His eyes shone bright when he was with his grandchildren; Kaine and Justice.
Patrick immigrated from Georgetown, Guyana where he used his skills as a painter to make his first earnings in Canada. As he established his life with his family, he became a dedicated worker at The Canadian Dust Control and later at Thomas Lighting for many years, where he took pride in making honest and hardworking provisions for his family. He spent his most recent years working in the automotive industry, where he recanted his relationships with old friends from his hometown Guyana.
Patrick was infamous for his creative culinary skills and most famous for his pepperpot. He always made sure that everyone was fed first, before himself. He enjoyed spending his time outdoors and took the utmost pride in his yard work and garden. His playful humor made him one of a kind and his love for animals- Bailey and Cheeko; solidified the kindness of his heart
