JOLICOEUR, Michael David - It is with a sad heart (ironically) that Theresa deVries (Doug Smilanich), David (Marybeth) and Joe announce the sudden passing on June 9, 2015 of their dear brother, who recently celebrated his 52nd birthday on May 28th. Predeceased by his beloved wife Anne, parents Leona and Roger and grandparents. Mike leaves behind brother-in-law Max (Karie), 2 nieces Jenny (Camron) and Marisol, 2 nephews Josh (Julia) and Kai, grand-nephew Gavin and many aunts, uncles and cousins. The family would like to thank Shawn, his personal nurse, for so many years of care, and to the nurses and doctors who took care of Mike throughout his life at Bloorview Kids, Sunnybrook and Centenary hospitals. Visitation will take place at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 13th. Funeral will be held at 5 p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made to the ALS Society of Canada or Sunnybrook Hospital.
