When someone like Michael leaves our lives we think of the impact he had on each of us. Silently Michael taught us how fortunate we are to have our abilities, health and our family. His charm and humour despite his challenges taught us that rising above obstacles was how to face a challenge. From the time I was a little girl, I remember his ability to live, love and laugh. He will be missed here, however I know he has left a mark on all who had the opportunity to know and love him. To Theresa and family, David and Marybeth and Joe, find comfort in knowing that you are surrounded by your family and friends who love you. He held a special place in my parents hearts and they were so very fond of him and his ability to rise above adversity. May he rest in peace.
