Dear A Philomen, Brenda , Carol & Dianne,
Words cannot express how deeply saddened we are to hear of your recent loss.
Do accept our heartfelt condolences.
In this time of sorrow , may you find comfort in reminiscing the loving memories you shared together as a family.
I remember,Uncle Andrew as being a very warm, friendly, generous, helpful and a fun loving individual.
My late Ross, loved Uncle Andrew to bits and always spoke so highly of him. They were such good friends . I recall , they would both chat over the phone for hours at length , from across the Atlantic amidst hearty laughs and news exchange. Those conversations have left an indelible mark in my mind !
Uncle Andrew was always happy and each time I try to picture him, his pleasant smile comes right before me.
I understand why... He is blessed with a caring wife and adorable girls, who never left their mum's & dad's side , through thick and thin stood by them all through and even more when calamity struck ! they supported each other as a family ( juggling between work and their own families driving him to doctors and hospital appointments) and worked round the clock to make sure their dad was comfortable and never alone ! also making sure their mum was ok and comforted in times of distress.
What more can I say except that..He is looking down on you all & your families , beaming with pride at all you have done for him.
JOHN 14: 1-2 THE LORD IS CLOSE TO THE BROKENHEARTED AND RESCUES THOSE WHOSE SPIRITS ARE CRUSHED.
JEREMIAH 31:13 HE WILL TURN YOUR MOURNING INTO JOY. HE WILL COMFORT YOU AND EXCHANGE YOUR SORROW FOR REJOICING.
Sending you all hugs and stay strong !
love and God bless,
Ross in heaven, Gemma, Charlton, Chantalle & Khai

Dear Philu, Diane, Brenda, Carol and Family
We extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to you all.
We were so saddened to learn that ‘Andrew’ passed away so soon after being taken ill, we prayed so much for him to get well, but it seems God had other plans.
Andrew was such a lovely humble man who would go out of his way to be there for you or just to please you. We first met Andrew in 1988 on my visit to Canada and we got on like we knew each other forever. He was a jovial person, his Konkani and his jokes took you back in time to Goa and Kenya. It is a known fact that many people come into our lives but only a few leave footprints in our hearts and Andrew was that one person.
My one regret is that when I recently visited Canada, Andrew was on the phone ‘pushing’ me to come over home for a visit, unfortunately at the time we couldn’t make it, but promised to definitely do so when I next visit my mum...sadly it wasn’t meant to be. I now realise that our ‘tomorrows’ are never guaranteed and we must always, always treasure the moment.
Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in his loving memory give you the strength and courage to help comfort you to move forward.
May almighty God grant ‘Andrew’ eternal rest – Amen

Dear Aunt Philu, Brenda, Carol and Diane,
Our heartfelt condolences to the family. Andrew was more than an uncle, he was also a close family friend; he was a true blessing in our lives. From helping us when we immigrated to Canada, to being there for my mum and dad, especially taking my sister to basketball practices when we had no transportation. His kindness and generosity knew no bounds. He was always thoughtful, not just to us, but also to our family abroad. We will really miss him and will forever cherish his selfless support. We will keep him in our prayers and our memories of him will always live on.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
Amen.

Deepest condolences. Uncle Andrew
helped my grandpa (his friend from Kenya) get a job at the bank he worked for, here in Canada, which paved the way for many of my family members including myself who still work there and have established our lives because of Andrew's helpfulness. Thanks for being a strong pillar for the Goan community. It was nice getting to meet Andrew twice last year. Rest in Peace.
