Obituary of Ms. Mary Ann Ibana

June 14, 1972 – December 17, 2024

Mary Ann Palomares (nee Campana), 52, from Naga City, Philippines,  passed away peacefully on December 17, 2024, with John, her husband, her mom, Filipinas, and sisters Melanie and Marjoree by her side after a 2- long year battle with colon cancer.
She migrated to Canada in 1997 after graduating Cum Laude in BS Nursing at the Universidad de Sta. Isabel.  She met john and tied the knot on July 15, 2015.

As a registered nurse at the Scarborough General Hospital for  20 years,  her patients and co-workers remember her as joyful, compassionate, loving, and kind.  Although very petite, she is always fast and active and always puts her patient first before herself.  
Mary Ann’s entire family:  her loving husband, John; her Mom, Filipinas, her siblings: Randy, Melanie, Meilen, Marjoree and their families would like to thank Marge, her BFF,  the doctors, nurses and staff of the Scarborough General Hospital,  her group of friends for their tireless support, understanding, prayers and love during Mary Ann’s illness.  We will never forget all that you’ve done.
