Pat was the kindest and most approachable, helpful colleague one could ever ask for. Forty-five years ago, the blessings were all mine to come to know her and work with her. She was always clear and direct in her answers. She pointed out the correct paths for me to follow. I was very much in debt to her.
She was the key person, literally holding the key, for our system. Her knowledge, memory of details, and skills in analyzing and designing strategies to solve problems was remarkable.
She was kind and modest, always preferring not to be in the lime light. Her work ethics set an example for the whole team. She was humorous from time to time. She never said anything negative about anyone or any situation. Her righteousness was most admirable.
We were all tremendously saddened by the news of her sickness.
May her soul rest in peace in Heaven,, in Canada and in her native land.
My most sincere condolences to her family here in Canada and in Jamaica !
