Obituary of Mrs. Anita Paragas

It is with great sadness that the family of Mrs. Anita Lucero Paragas announce her passing on October 8, 2024, at age 92. Anita was born in Manila, Philippines on October 29, 1931. Anita loved watching movies and was often found in a movie theatre watching the latest releases. It was this love of Hollywood movies that helped Anita to learn the English language. When she moved to Canada, she quickly learned how get around on the TTC and continue to still see movies in a theatre. 

Anita was surrounded by loved ones as she received her last rites. She will be dearly missed by her eldest daughter Yolanda Serrano (m. Carlos) and youngest daughter Veronica Abayon. She is now blessed to see the loving faces of her departed husband Domingo Paragas, her daughters Erlinda Naife and Virginia Paragas, and her only son Benjamin Abayon. 

The loving memories she has left behind will be cherished by the grandchildren and great-grandchildren who she loved very much.
