It is with great sadness that the family of Elaine Estella Needham (Shirley), announce her untimely passing on 10th July at the age of 67. Elaine is predeceased by her mother, Veronica, and her younger sister, Janette. Elaine will be greatly missed by her sister, Carolee, brother-in- law, Willard, nephews: Damon, Adrian and Leiam, niece, Rochelle, aunts, Carol and Beverley, cousins, other family members and friends in the United Kingdom, Canada and Jamaica.
