Obituary of Mr. Preston Seedanee

Preston Seedanee passed away peacefully on Friday, June 21, 2024 in Toronto, Ontario. He was born on April 16, 1941 in La Romaine, Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Angela Seedanee, his children Misheal Priantha (spouse Antony Priantha), Preston Seedanee Jr. (spouse Caroline Rodriguez de Seedanee) and Hilda Seedanee (spouse Brian Mohammed). He will be forever missed by his cherished grandchildren Natasha Priantha, Damerlyn Arias Rodriguez, Orion Mohammed and Lauren Seednaee.

He is predeceased by his father and mother, Andrew and Mildred Seedanee, older brothers Conwall and Ruskin Seedanee, and younger sister Josephine Perrott, whom he dearly loved. He will remain in the hearts of his surviving siblings, Lucille Gronlund, Janet Seedanee-Cedeno, Allan Seedanee, Patricia Seenath, and Annette Seedanee, as well as the rest of his family and friends.

Preston was a genuine person who lived his life out loud. He had a deep loud voice that always called to you in friendship no matter how long he knew you. Kind and boisterous, he was the life of the party and the centre of the neighbourhood. He cared deeply for his family and friends and held everyone in high regard as he always wanted the best for them. He enjoyed good company, a great story and quick raz to keep you on your toes and have you laughing. He will be missed dearly. May he rest in eternal peace.
