A life Remembered: Ms. Natoya Anderson
A Spiritual Journey
Natoya was a deeply spiritual individual, whose faith guided every aspect of her life. Her connection to the divine was evident in her actions, words and presence. She found solace and strength in her spirituality, and she shared that strength with everyone she encountered. Her faith was not just a part of her life; it was the foundation upon which she built her world.
Our Friendship
In remembering Natoya, I am reminded of the many moments we spent sharing the word of God, which were filled with laughter, reflections, and spiritual deepening. One memory that stands out was when I built a wheelchair access ramp to accommodate her access to the church hall, ensuring she had easy access to our church. As the head usher, witnessing her mother (Sis Norman) struggling to wheel Natoya into the church without wheelchair accessibility, was unfathomable. The spirit of God instructed me to facilitate, so I constructed a heavy-duty wooden ramp to accommodate Natoya’s wheelchair. I will never forget wheeling her over that ramp for the first time, her face lit up with gratitude and joy, and I felt a sense of ultimate pleasure for being selfless in building the ramp, which pleases God. It was a small act, but it epitomized a great bond, which complimented her beautiful life.
A Beacon of Compassion
Natoya was a friend who always put others first. Her compassion knew no bounds, and she had an incredible ability to make everyone feel valued and loved. Listening to Natoya talk was very pleasant to my spirit because of her deep base cultivation of the word of God. She listened with her heart and provided comfort with her presence. Her home and life were always open to those in need, reflecting her belief that we are all here to support and uplift one another.
A Life of Service
Natoya’s life was a testament to the power of service. She was actively involved in her church and community, always finding ways to give back. Whether through organizing community events, volunteering at local shelters, or simply being there for a friend in need, Natoya’s acts of service were numerous and impactful. Her legacy is one of selflessness and love.
Legacy of Love and Faith
Natoya leaves behind a legacy of love and faith that will continue to inspire all who knew her. Her spiritual journey, kindness, and unwavering support for those around her have left an indelible mark on our hearts. In her memory, we are reminded of the importance of faith, compassion, and the strength that comes from community.
Remembering Natoya
As we remember Natoya Annmarie Anderson, we celebrate her life and the incredible person she was. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched. Let us honour her memory by embodying the values she held dear and continuing to spread the love and compassion she so generously shared.
Closing
Though Natoya is no longer with us in body, her spirit remains. She has left us a beautiful legacy of faith, love, and unwavering kindness. In our hearts and minds, Natoya will always be a beacon of light, inspiring us to live with the same affection and empathy she showed during her time here on earth.
Rest in peace, Natoya Annmarie Anderson. You were a true friend, and you will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

In loving memory of Natoya, an exceptional soul who graced my life with her resilience and warmth. Natoya was more than just a physiotherapy patient; she was a beacon of hope and determination, a shining example of the power of the human spirit.
From the very beginning, Natoya approached her physiotherapy sessions with a strength and positivity that inspired everyone around her. Her unwavering commitment to her recovery and her infectious optimism made her a joy to work with. She faced each challenge head-on, never letting setbacks deter her from her goals.
Natoya's journey was one marked by courage. She pushed through pain and discomfort with a smile, always finding a way to uplift others even when she was in need of support herself. Her presence in the clinic was a source of light, her laughter a reminder that even in struggle, there is joy to be found.
Her sudden passing has left a void that words cannot fill. I will remember Natoya for her incredible spirit, her kindness, and the way she touched my life. She showed me the true meaning of perseverance and the importance of a positive attitude. Her legacy will continue to inspire me to be better, to face my own challenges with the same grace and determination that she did.
Though Natoya is no longer with us, her memory will live on in my heart. I am grateful for the time I had with her, and I will honor her by carrying forward the lessons she taught me. Rest in peace, dear
Natoya. Your strength, your smile, and your spirit will never be forgotten.

I remember you as a very outspoken person, someone who was always positive in your conversations.. You were kind, and always caring towards your family, always looking out for the best interest of your younger sister. You were her greatest supporter whenever she did her mime dancing at Progress church.
I know that they will miss you dearly but our heavenly father needed you most.

For my beautiful friend Natoya,
'How do I say goodbye to what we've had?'
We grew up as girls, walking, skipping, and running to Basic School and Water Valley. We shared many laughs and comforted each other through bruised knees and homework fears. In school, we became supermodels competing at the school pageant. We became scholars studying for the dreaded Common Entrance Exams.
Our journey took separate roads, but you were never out of my memories. You, my beautiful friend, are unforgettable. As God would have it, we ended up in Canada as adults. We reconnected, and it was like we were never parted. You blossomed into an even more beautiful soul. You were the calm in the storm, the voice of reason. You were a cheerleader, a sagacious woman of wonder. You were a fixer. To know you was to experience love.
I will forever be inspired by the way you lived your life, by the way you loved your God, and by the way you cared for your body. You shared your knowledge so freely. I will miss your smile, I will miss your voice. I will miss your encouragement. I will miss the way you'd say, "Go for it, Jannet."
Natoya, your legacy is great. You have changed and affected my life. I am a better person because of you. I will carry your memories in my heart.
Sleep on in perpetual rest, my beautiful, beautiful friend.

My Favorite Niece
You were such a blessing and a treasure
You were loved beyond words

A tribute to Natoya.
In the culture we live at this present time can be demanding and we place far too much value on achievement, , money,, possessions and beauty. . Love is what matters and after all is said said and done it is the greatest factor we remember.
Natoya demonstrated that passion for the Lord, coupled with the exceptonal faith, which made her the wonderful woman she exemplified. She had a way with words that meant what she said. We will surely miss you, sleep well.
