Surrounded by her family, Concetta Barone passed away peacefully on April 3, 2024 at Humber River Hospital at the age of 95.

She was born on August 6, 1928 in Rosolini Italy and came to Canada in 1967. She was a loving mother who will be dearly missed by her children, Teresa (dec. Pietro), Corrado (Maria), Eleonora, Gino (Rosa) and Dora. A cherished Nonna of 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren. Adored sister, aunt and cousin to many. Now reunited with the love of her life, Settimo. Known for her loving and caring personality and great sense of humor, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will take place at Ogden Funeral home on Monday April 8, 2024 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday April 9, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Precious Blood Parish at 1737 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario.
