JANSZ, Rita (nee White) - It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Rita Jansz. Wife of Richard Jansz (deceased), Loving mother of Crystal, Patricia and Roshan. Mother-in-law of Peter Vargheese, Kenneth Vanderputt and Murali Muralidaran. Dearest “Bigma” to Angelo, Stefan, Lorenzo, Melissa, Karoline, Sanjay, Jacqueline and Janani. Great-grandmother to Angelique, Jayda, Hayley, Maya, Nicholas, Michael, Alyssa, Sofia and Selena. 

Rita will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends, but will be fondly remembered for her creativity, love of fashion, arts and crafts, and sewing. Her unforgettable personality will be remembered by all. 

Visitation will take place at Ogden Funeral Home (4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto) on January 7 2024, from 3-6pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Parish (200 Morrish Road, Scarborough) on January 8, 2024 at 11:00a.m. Interment will take place at Christ the King Cemetery (7770 Steeles Avenue East, Markham).
