Obituary of Mr. Patrick James Hunt

1944 – 2023

Peacefully, with loved ones by his side on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.  Survived by his beloved wife Rosita.  Attentive uncle to Chris (Sherrine), Paul (Honey) and David (Fiona) and grand uncle to Oakley, Tillie and Kari.  Cherished older brother to Jeanette (John) and Chris (Agnes) and loving cousin and nephew to family in Hong Kong and New York City.  Patrick loved animals and was a detail-oriented man of many interests including gardening, home electronics repair and marksmanship, and he will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends.  Visitation will be held at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., (at Midland) on Friday, December 29 from 4 – 7 p.m.  A second visitation and Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 30 at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., respectively.  Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre (625 Birchmount Road) to follow.  Memorial donations to the Scarborough Health Network (SHN) Foundation would be appreciated by Patrick and his family as a token of thanks towards the staff for the great care he received at their facilities.
