Liang Hsien Liao, born on February 23, 1940, passed away peacefully at home on December 17, 2023 after a 6-year battle with cancer. He was born in Jamshedpur, India to Hsun Kuang Liao and Lien Chen Chang, who he joins in paradise along with his sister, Li Chen Liu, and brothers, Piang Hsien Liao and Thin Hsien Liao.
He leaves behind his loving wife, You Lien Liao; children, Vincent Liao, Florence Tseng (Te Hsun), and Nelson Liao (Pinal); 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and his siblings, Li Hsien Hou (Kang Hua [deceased], Mu Hsien Liao (Margaret), Oi Hsien Chu (Hsin Shen), Ai Hsien Liao, Chiu Hsien Liao (Aina), (Julianna) wife of Thin Hsien Liao, and all their families
