It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Hephelia Irinius Doctrove-Shillingford on December 3rd 2023. Hephelia is survived by her daughter Donna Johnson Larocque, grandchildren Dionne & husband Michael Smith,Deille Larocque,partner Tristan Esprit, and four great-grandchildren Isaiah Smith, Deyana Smith, Cruze Esprit and Jeremiah Smith.
