Frank was an active member of St. Matthew's for years, taking part in Men's Breakfast, Caribbean night and other celebrations. He was an insightful and sometimes cynical addition to Men's Bible study. Thanks for being there, Frank. Susan Noakes

Dear Uncle Frank This is a very sad time. I am so proud to be your Niece/Goddaughter and that we got to meet. I remember the time when you sent for me to travel to Canada - I was in my teens and the first time I met Aunty Yvonne & Roger. Aunty Eunice was over at the same time and we both stayed by you. We had a ball & you never failed to take us out daily after you finished work. To that I was very grateful. R.I.P Uncle Frank. You will be sorely missed!
