Obituary of Mrs. Kathy Plasko

Kathy Plasko passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Monday November 13, 2023.

Kathy was born October 26, 1953 in the small town of Dolno Dupeni, Prespa, Macedonia to parents Josif and Velika.  She has a brother and sister that still live in Macedonia.

She was married in Toronto in 1971 to Vasil and is survived by her two sons Tom and Michael.  She also has three grandchildren Ethan, Megan and Myles

A devoted wife, mother, Baba and aunt.  She loved to bake and cook for her grandchildren.  Kathy was an avid knitter who has made countless pairs of slippers for her friends and family in every size and colour.

Kathy was a strong willed fighter , with a soft side, generous with her time, giving back to her church and the community.  One of her favourite past times was having coffee with her friends at Tim Hortons or McDonald's. She liked to travel and spend time at the cottage along with her family and friends.

She loved hosting Sunday family get togethers and shopping.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
