Obituary of Mrs. Audrey Florence Hinves

Audrey passed away peacefully October 17th, 2023 at the age of 95 with her dear son Bob and his wife Sandy by her side at Michael Garron Hospital.

Audrey was born on March 3, 1928 in Toronto.  She married her one and only love Gordie in 1947 and they remained together for 40 years until his passing in 1988.  She will now be in his arms again.

Audrey loved golfing which she took up with Gord once he retired. As she would always say "I'm not very good! but I enjoy being outdoors with the birds and nature!"  She was also an avid Toronto Blue Jays Fan and it was so wonderful that back in September, she was able to attend a live Blue Jays game. She had a blast!

She was a longtime member of Kimbourne Park United Church where she met many friends over the years.  She will be missed by her many friends and family.  Special thanks to True Davidson Acres staff for the care they gave Audrey during her stay.   

A private burial will take place on Monday, October 23rd.
