> She is survived by her siblings, Lina Rodrigues and Bona (Ida)de Menezes. Cherished by her parents the Late Gualberto and the Late Idalina de Menezes. Joanita is predeceased by her siblings, Simon and Henry Menezes.
> Joanita was a devout Catholic and despite her illness would spend most of her time in prayer. She will be missed by her family including her nieces, nephews and cousins in the U.S, U.K., Germany and Canada.
