You will be missed so much Johnny, Your presence, your laugh, your smile, your kindness. You were always helping one of your friends, and we all loved to help you, it was always a good time a few beers and lots of Laughing. We always enjoyed your parties and you were the best cook. Thank you for inviting Earl & I over every Thanksgiving for dinner, and giving us a doggie bag to go. We will think of you often my friend and you will be in our hearts and thoughts for ever. rest In Peace Johnny. Love Debbie & Earl.

I remember my mom Helen, taking me to John's place as a child. Learning to ice skate with my Uncle Howard on the pond across the street. John always gave me & my brother change to get candy at the General Store. (His empties to return, too lol). Only good memories when I think of John! I'm very sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts & prayers go out to all of his family & friends.

We will miss John, as he was a profound good friend in our lives. From public school with Paul to motorcycle rides, with John on his BSA. To being a Groomsman in our wedding in 1980. We will miss him and his wonderful fall gatherings with his fabulous food, and all of our laughs with old friends.
He would look after us by calling cabs and generally keep watch over us all.
John will be sorely missed and always in our memories.
Rest in peace John.

John was a fantastic neighbour for more than 25 years. He was always kind and generous and he looked out for us and our kids. His death was a shock to the whole neighbourhood and we'll miss him, more than he would have guessed. John was a great example to everyone who knew him, taking care of the people who were important to him, especially Sandra. Sincere condolences to John's family and his lifelong friends we were fortunate to meet. RIP John.
