My brother, I will surely miss you! We still did not get a chance to have our final date covid and death take that away from us. Only God knows the best!
Grief, I am coming to realize, is not a process with a clear endpoint. It does not conclude at the one-year mark, nor the second or third, for grief is a deeply personal reaction to loss. There's no such thing as closure when we lose someone we love dearly. What I know for certain, as I continue to navigate my life's journey, is that I'll always feel the void of your absence.
Grief is not about moving on; it is about moving forward, one small step at a time. It is not only about mourning the loss but also about discovering oneself anew in its aftermath. My brother your absence will forever be felt. I will surely miss you!
