Henry Hofstra

1944 – 2023

On April 17 at 10:59 pm Henry took his last breath on earth and entered into the full presence of God. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Dian, his children, Carl and Katrina, his daughter-in-law, Karren and his treasured grandson, Jackson, as well as by his family in the Hofstra and Tuyl clans and countless friends. Henry was a man of abiding love, great courage, unwavering faith, keen intelligence, wonderful wit and few words.

We invite you to a Visitation at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E on April 26 from 5 to 8 pm. The memorial service will be held at the First Christian Reformed Church, 67 Taunton Rd, Toronto on April 27 at 11:00 am.

We are so grateful to all who have supported Henry through his sudden blindness, subsequent brain injury and dementia. Special and heartfelt thanks to Suad Ibrahim, his loving and faithful caregiver these past 12 years.
