Obituary of Mr. Craig Frow
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Craig Frow, age 70. Craig passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family and loved ones on April 7th after a courageous 4 year battle with Cancer. Craig was born in Toronto, Ontario to John and Eleanor Frow.
Craig is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Maria, two daughters Lesley (Rob), and Laura (Barrett), niece Maegen (Bob) great niece Paiten, brother Brian (Gillian) and nephew Brendon (Tara).
His love of sports led him to not only be a player but a beloved coach. He grew up playing soccer and ice hockey which he continued to play throughout his life. He was a music enthusiast, who took great pride in knowing all music trivia. His creative outlets were playing the guitar, piano and organ. He could often be heard fine tuning his singing skills. He was passionate about the conservation of the Environment and the welfare of animals. He spent the warm months hiking and discovering new trails with his wife and beloved dog, Bean. He was known for his great sense of humour and love for his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, you may donate to Canadian Cancer Society or World Wildlife Foundation.
The visitation will be held on Thursday, April 20th from 5:00-8:00pm at Ogden Funeral Home (4164 Sheppard Ave East, Scarborough)
The memorial service will be held on Friday, April 21st at 2:00pm at Ogden Funeral Home (4164 Sheppard Ave East, Scarborough) followed by a private reception.
