Obituary of Mrs. Carmen Shim-Ping

On Monday, February 6, 2023 our beloved mother Carmen "Rosie" Shim-Ping, born August 29, 1923 in Guyana, got her wings and went to fly with the angels, she was 99 years old.

She was a wonderful, loving and caring mother who was always there when we needed her and ready to provide her  support, knowledge, wisdom and advice to her family and her feisty, courageous and determined personality carried her through the later days of her illness.  She had many friends and was loved and will be terribly missed by everyone. 

Our beloved mother, Carmen is survived by her seven children Denis (Vera), Cleada (Carlos), Joan (Ken), William (Diana), Jean, Trevor (Teresita), Camille (Clyde). She was a loving grandmother of 12, and great-grandmother of 18.

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

May her soul rest in peace.
