Obituary of Mrs. Iris Hanna

Iris Hanna passed away peacefully, on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at Scarborough General Hospital. She was born on June 17, 1934, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is survived by her loving sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Hanna and Jo-Lynn Hoffmann and Stephen and Carmen Hanna. She will be forever missed by her cherished grandchildren: Jennifer Wiseman (nee Hanna), Jacquelin Hanna; Matthew and Samantha Hanna.

Iris Hanna was dedicated to her volunteer work throughout her life, initially at Scarborough General Hospital and most recently at Bendale Acres Long-Term Care Home. She will be fondly remembered for her commitment to her bowling prowess and love of music, especially Elvis Presley.

Visitation will be held at Ogden Funeral Home (4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough), on Wednesday, February 1st, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow on Thursday, February 2nd, at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Scarborough Health Network would be greatly appreciated.
