So on Sunday that just passed I went to my friends place after work. He offered me some eggs, and I told him the story about Grandma, Paula, myself and eggs.
It was Easter weekend at least ten years ago, and Grandma was staying at our house.
I was getting ready to make poached eggs , Paula was in the fridge, and Grandma was sitting at the kitchen table.
We ended up having a conversation about eggs, and I bought up that I was making 3 eggs. Paula said that you can’t have more that 2 eggs, and Grandma explained to me that it wasn’t a good idea to have 3 eggs. They are high in cholesterol.
Even though I felt a little ganged up on at the time they were right, and I never had 3 egg to this day. Lol.
I love you Grandma.
